Wow, time sure has progressed, has it not? The year 2006 went by awfully quick, this year seems passing by fast as well, that's what it feels like to me anyway, ever since I've been in University. Anyway, for the last week I've had to work on some annoying assignments for stage II Computer Science, mostly Java and assembly language. Next year I hope to major in internet programming and Computer graphic design at stage III.

Onto the main point of discussion, I am planning to put my programming knowledge from java and C++ (since they're both practically the same in many ways) to some even more entertaining use than what my assignments constrain me to. I want to work on a Sonic game fighting which is reminiscient of the classic Mortal Kombat fighting games. When I mean classic I'm talking about the 16 bit games. I plan to include a range of characters; however, giving the game a Sonic title is not what I intend, as the game will feature selectable characters from many classic games which were on the SEGA Mega Drive, and which were probably available on the SNES as well. I will try to put my amateur artistic skills in Flash to their best use as well. Thus the character design will not be sprites, I only meant reminiscient of the classic Mortal Kombat by way of the fighting style, and the gore especially. If anyone is interesed in this and would like to send suggestions or hints on efficient programming algorithms, please message me. ESPECIALLY if you're a programming Geek, God, Guru or whatever, I could use the help in the advance.

As for other projects in Flash, SSSS2 is coming along again, I'm only working on it casually, but trying my best as always. Long ago, I decided that SSSS2 would be my last sprite movie; I want to excel in my more original Flash content, and sprite movies just don't satisfy me anymore. Whoever knows me from NG and was wondering, thanks for taking the time to read this. I don't really update much on DA, but I thought I might spread the word here.

I never realised the lengths I'd have to go
All the darkest corners of a sense I didn't know
Just for one moment, I heard somebody call
Looked beyond the day in hand, there's nothing there at all

No problem, I always like to see different types of artwork now and then, especially of my favourite cartoon characters from long ago.
